  2. SYMPTOMS include fever to 105 F, chills, difficulty in breathing, sweating,
  3. pink and rust-colored sputum, diarrhea, dry hacking cough and jaundice.
  4. CAUSES. Various organisms cause an acute infection of the lung. Lobar form,
  5. the entire lobe of the lung is involved. Segmental form, only parts of the
  6. lobe is involved. Bronchial involves the airways.
  7. TREATMENT. Antibiotics, bed rest, fluids, medication, oxygen.
